We all have Kooikerhondjes and all are very good show dogs. Now is the time to show off.

On September 5, at Bridgewater, New Jersey, the Somerset Hills Kennel Club is conducting their show and have picked for us, the best judge possible, Ms. Carol Brown.

She is an expert in judging Kooikerhondjes as she is a member of KCUSA, has helped develop our judging education seminar and has judged our Specialty in Gray Summit last year. She will be judging the Miscellaneous Class (in which Kooikers are now allowed to show).

  • If you have never shown your dog . . . she is the judge to work with.
  • If you know nothing about dog shows . . . she is the judge to work with.
  • If you are hesitant to get started . . . she is the judge to work with.
  • She will work with you and help your dog show off to its very best.
  • Most judges don’t do all this stuff. She likes Kooikers.

If you are interested in joining with many other Kooikerhondjes and us owners to make this a great day for Kooikers in the show ring and out, please let me know. I’ll be happy to help with the registration and entry process. It’s not hard . . . it’s fun.
